[publican-list] Validation failed: NoExpand attribute

Hello.

I have tried to build Publican 1.6 (preparing upload for Debian) and
figured out that it fails trying to validate User's Guide.

E.g. Building_a_Book.xml starts with

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8' ?>

<!DOCTYPE section PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook XML V4.5//EN"
"http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.5/docbookx.dtd" [ <!ENTITY %
BOOK_ENTITIES SYSTEM "Users_Guide.ent"> %BOOK_ENTITIES;
]>

<section ErrorContext="2" NoExpand="1"
id="sect-Users_Guide-Building_a_document" lang="en-US">

And there is no mention of NoExpand attribute in docbookx.dtd for
DocBook V4.5.

Am I missing something obvious?
