I requested that <indexterm> be translatable even outside of translatables tags
(see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=582255). While implementing my
request this change was apparently introduced.

But I agree with you, it should not split a paragraph or any other translatable
tag that contains an <indexterm>.
