[publican-list] how does one request that ubuntu update its publican package?

Twas brillig at 18:32:22 20.05.2010 UTC-04 when rpjday at crashcourse.ca did gyre and gimble:

Ubuntu package is sucked automatically from Debian, and I was too lazy
to package brands for it (Debian).

Regarding version: they stop syncing at some point in release cycle.
