[publican-list] A quick question with build document without draft watermark?

Hi All,

I have a simple question, I found my publican ONLY creating PDF/HTML with
draft watermark as default even I didn't add status="draft" in the <book>
or <article> tag.
I wonder if this is ok, if so, how can I build a document without the Draft
watermark?
