Hi Jeff

I could resolve this issue. Very simple: set the path to the FOP home directory (C:\fop-1.1) to the PATH environment variable.

Hi Jeff,

I have installed 0.25.5, set the environment variable on my machine. I followed the instruction at http://dita-ot.sourceforge.net/doc/ot-userguide13/xhtml/installing/windows_installingfop.html

When I run fop -fo examples/fo/basic/readme.fo -awt, it prompted me the readme, which implies that FOP is being installed.

I am unsure as to what exactly is missing on the machine to get the PDF output.

You need to install FOP if you want PDFs.
