[Pulp-dev] Mission statement finalization

Team,

During PulpCon we were defining our mission.
>From my understanding this would be final version 'Acquire, Organize, and Distribute Software'.

Does anyone wants to change/add here something? Otherwise this ^^ would be considered as final and official version.
