[Pulp-list] Question: Should we support uploading of packages to a Repository with a defined feed?

  We are considering making a rule that if a repository has a defined 
external feed, we will not support manually uploading of packages to 
that repo.  Manual uploads would *only* be supported on feedless repos.

Thoughts?
