[Pulp-list] pulp-client create

I see that --server option in pulp-client create is not there now. Is that a change that is incorporated  or is it a bug?

Also the wiki seems to be out of date. So would it be possible to spend some to update the wiki.

Options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  --description=DESCRIPTION
                        consumer description eg: foo's web server
