QE, please be sure to update to this version as soon as possible and
reference it in any new bugs that are found.

The installation instructions have been updated to include new features,
so please take a quick look if you've previously installed pulp to make
sure all of the requirements are met:

Also, as of this build a new tag has been created in the pulp repo
called "qe-latest". This tag will always point to the latest QE build
that has been released and will be used in our QE automation suite.

628081 - Retrieving repo sync status when using admin auth certificates
fails
