[Pulp-list] Please re-run pulp-dev.py & pulp-migrate if you are running Pulp from git

If you are running Pulp from git:

Please re-run 'pulp-dev.py -i' and `pulp-migrate`

This will:
1) Pick up a content cert location change from /etc/pki/content to /etc/pki/pulp/content
  - pulp-migrate will handle the move of certs and db update
2) Remove the usage of setfacl, directories are now owned by Apache 
  - changed in pulp-dev and pulp.spec
