[Pulp-list] New pulp.conf properties in master

Those of you not running with /etc/pulp/pulp.conf symlinks, in master
there have been changes to this to make the user certificate expiration
configurable.

If you're already logged in, you're good until roughly 2021. Next time
you logout/login to Pulp, however, the user certificate will only be
valid for a week, at which point you'll have to login again. And
actually, you'll probably have to logout first based on the bug we
discussed at triage today where login doesn't overwrite an existing cert.

Consumer certs should remain unchanged at the 10 year expiration, but
that's also configurable in pulp.conf.
