[Pulp-list] add_package with --preserve metadata ?

After restarting pulp i run into the same error as before upgrading
[root at pulp newpkg]# pulp-admin repo add_package --id 
hosting-custom-x86_64 -p augeas-libs-0.5.1-1.el5.kb.x86_64.rpm
Package augeas-libs-0.5.1-1.el5.kb.x86_64.rpm could not be found skipping
