After restarting pulp i run into the same error as before upgrading
[root pulp newpkg]# pulp-admin repo add_package --id hosting-custom-x86_64 -p augeas-libs-0.5.1-1.el5.kb.x86_64.rpm
Package augeas-libs-0.5.1-1.el5.kb.x86_64.rpm could not be found skipping

This was a bug#784724 resolved in last build. You can enable testing repo and grab this fix or wait for the CR.
