[Pulp-list] Consumers v2.0 Design & Requirements

Some things I would like to see Pulp be able to mirror:

- Puppet Modules (hook up with Ohad)
- SCAP Stuff live CVE's (http://www.redhat.com/security/data/cve/)
- Deb files
