[Pulp-list] http/https publishing: Potential Breakage in v2 for existing repositories

All,

I've pushed changes to master that will support http and/or https publishing of a repo.
Additionally I enabled the ability to browse the published repositories.

These changes will break existing repositories synced on a v2 system.
The publish link has changed.

Essentially the change is to use
 /var/lib/published/http  
    and
 /var/lib/published/https

Those dirs will map to port 80/443 in the Apache conf.
