Please let me know when this is fixed so I can do a build of master and get our testing repos caught up.

The merge went well and things seem sane but there are a few unit tests
failing.  I fixed a few errors in areas I was familiar with or where the
remedy was obvious but did not fix them all.  Please pull master and run
(and fix) tests in "your area"
