This is expected as you are running pulp-admin commands (initiating install from the server) and not running it directly on the consumer with pulp-consumer commands. The good thing is agent.log on the consumer has received correct request and there are no errors. I don't understand the problem here. Are you saying that the k3b rpm was not installed on the consumer? or that the command did not track the installation of the package like in the case of 'consumer package install' command below?
