[Pulp-list] [devel] 2.4.0-0.17.beta published

The Pulp team has published a new build today, 2.4.0-0.17.beta. This
build addresses these four bugs:

#1098844[0] - Not able to install rpm from the pulp synced fedora repo
#1098734[1] - No available Queue exception when running pulp commands
#1096935[2] - Restarting Qpid Multiple Times Crash qpid.messaging Endpoints
#1096822[3] - The Puppet importer sets the task state to finished after
it is canceled
