[Pulp-list] 404 errors in /var/log/pulp/pulp.log for .treeinfo

Sorry about all the log noise. The system is behaving normally, and the logging is misleading. It is not an error when the .treeinfo file isn't present. We fixed this issue here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1126083

With Pulp 2.3 pulp.log is filling up with 404 errors, trying to
download .treeinfo file which is not available on target repos.

2014-11-20 11:20:24,242 nectar.downloaders.threaded:ERROR: Download of
https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-icehouse/
   epel-6/.treeinfo failed with code 404: Not Found

It does not prevent Pulp from working and repo to be synchronized but
I am wondering it could be an issue.
