[Pulp-list] [devel] new git branches for pulp-docker and crane

pulp-docker 0.2.1-1 and crane 0.2.2-1 have been tagged, and a new
"0.2-release" branch has been created for each project.

If you are doing work on pulp-docker or crane, you will most likely
still want to still use the master branch. Also, if you do commit to
0.2-release or need to create a 0.2-testing, please be sure to merge any
changes forward to master:)
