[Pulp-list] pulp 2.8.0 clean install, get 404 error when browsing server/pulp/repos/

Make sure you have a trailing slash. I get these differing results:

$ curl -k -I https://localhost/pulp/repos/
HTTP/1.1 200 OK

$ curl -k -I https://localhost/pulp/repos
HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
