rpm packages directories structure in /var/lib/pulp/content has changed from Pulp 2.4.0 to 2.9.1

Ex of new dir structure:
/var/lib/pulp/content/units/rpm/1d/340d196f05ed297160f8a68ba9e7c7e4d27b8f409ef5c89d97fad341458059/zlib-devel-1.2.7-14.el7_1.ibm.3.ppc64le.rpm

Ex of old dir structure:
/var/lib/pulp/content/units/rpm/zlib-devel/1.2.7/14.el7_1.ibm.3/zlib-devel-1.2.7-14.el7_1.ibm.3.ppc64le.rpm

Due to this, I am unable to restore my rpms backup from the 2.4.0 version in a 2.9.1 installation.
The pulp db part of the backup was converted to the newer format successfully using pulp-manage-db,
but I need the same for the rpms directories. Is there any tool I could use for that migration?

I am not sure if this is related to the rpm plugin or pulp. If is related to the former and there is
another mailing list about it,
pls point me to it.

Regards,
Alan Evangelista
