[Pulp-list] How to handle broken file in repository

I had a problem with some broken file in my repository (the cpio file inside the tar.gz was broken) and after some trying I substituted the corrupted file but now my repository seems still broken and I'm not able to update my rhel6 servers.

When I try a yum update I get this error:

http://pulpserver.domain.com/pulp/repos/snapshot/latest/content/dist/rhel/server/6/6Server/x86_64/os/Packages/r/rpm-libs-4.8.0-55.el6.x86_64.rpm: [Errno -1] Package does not match intended download. Suggestion: run yum --enablerepo=rhel-6-server-rpms clean metadata

Doing the suggested command don't resolve the issue.

Any suggestion?
