I've made some fairly major improvements to my Pulp PowerShell module and the good news is that it now runs under PowerShell Core, which means it runs on Linux, including RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu etc., as well as within Docker. More information here: https://gitlab.com/harbottle/powershell-pulp
