[Pulp-list] Packages missing out of rhel-5.11 synced repo

Hello pulp-list,

While supporting a legacy project, I noticed that the following packages
are missing from my synced repo of rhel 5 workstation.

gcc
glibc-devel
glibc
glibc-common
glibc-headers
nscd
kernel-headers

This is even after re-running the sync with --force-full .

The repo is configured to sync from
https://cdn.redhat.com/content/dist/rhel/workstation/5/5Client/i386/os

The missing packages are visible in the package listing on access.redhat.com .

I am using pulp 2.14.3.

I also attempted to update pulp to 2.15.2, but I have a problem with
python-flask and ostree .

Any sage advice on where to proceed from here?
