[Pulp-list] Proxy support in pulp clients

Hi,

I had a need to talk to our pulp server via a Squid proxy, so added the
necessary support to server bindings, PulpConnection, configs and entry
point. Configurble via proxy_host and proxy_port entries in server section
of admin.conf and consumer.conf. Works with 2.15 and applies cleanly to
2.16.

So, before i invest the time writing coverage tests, I'd like to see
whether this would be use to anyone else?
