[Pulp-list] Failed connect to 10.0.148.220:8080; Connection refused

Hi Juan,

Could you check, please, if it works locally and then if the content-app
listens on localhost?

On the machine with Pulp3:
$ http localhost:8080/pulp/content/epel/repodata/repomd.xml

And if the bind ip for content app is localhost
either :
$ netstat -an | grep 8080

or:
$ sudo systemctl status  pulp-content-app
