[Pulp-list] Pulpcore RC3 is Available

The beta 5 release of pulp_docker for Pulp 3 i now available:

https://pypi.org/project/pulp-docker/4.0.0b5/

It includes support for pulpcore 3.0.0rc3. For more information, see the
