[Pulp-list] Pulpcore RC3 is Available

The beta 1 release of pulp_file 0.1.0 for Pulp 3 is now available:

https://pypi.org/project/pulp-file/0.1.0b1/

It includes support for pulpcore 3.0.0rc3. For more information, see the
