[Pulp-list] pulp-docker 3.2.7 and python-nectar 1.6.2 GA available

pulp-docker 3.2.7 and python-nectar 1.6.2 new builds are available and can
be downloaded from 2.21 stable repositories:

https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/pulp/pulp/stable/2.21/

This is out of band release that fixes an issue with syncing large docker
repos from registry.redhat.io. For more information check the issue here [0]
