[Rdo-list] ESXi and RDO?

This is from a while back - 
http://openstack.redhat.com/forum/discussion/348#Item_1 - but I wondered 
if someone has any advice, or pointers to a howto, for using VMWare ESXi 
hypervisors as compute nodes in OpenStack. I suspect that the O.P. has 
moved on to other things, but I saw some similar questions on 
ask.openstack.org and it would be great to have something written up on 
how to do this.

Ken Hui has his article at

but it's not really a howto, but rather more about how things fit together.
