[Rdo-list] liberty packstack Error: Could not find data item CONFIG_USE_SUBNETS in any Hiera data file

Hi,

During installation of liberty RDO with packstack, installation fails

Exact same actions worked just fine yesterday

I can see in the repo that some packages were updated : http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/cloud/x86_64/openstack-liberty/?C=M;O=D

There also the same problem reported in Q&A : https://ask.openstack.org/en/question/85014/error-could-not-find-data-item-config_use_subnets-in-any-hiera-data-file/
