[Rdo-list] [rdo-manager] baremetal, undercloud and instackenv.json

Hi,

   I am wondering that when doing baremetal provisioning with 
RDO-manager, should the undercloud node info be included in the 
instackenv.json file?
   My understanding is that the instackenv.json file should only include 
the overcloud controller and compute nodes, etc, right?
