Enable latest RDO Stable Delorean repository for all packages

sudo curl -o /etc/yum.repos.d/delorean-liberty.repo

Enable the Delorean Deps repository

sudo curl -o /etc/yum.repos.d/delorean-deps-liberty.repo
http://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos7-liberty/delorean-deps.repo
