Thanks Christopher for the workaround.

I'd like to understand better if these Internal Url endpoints should
be accessible from VMs or not.

I see several documentations where publicUrl and internalUrl are the same.
I found out also that the main difference between this two endpoints
is that internalUrl traffic
should be unmetered and excluded from billing.

But still no documentation explaining what i'd like to understand.

If someone can clarify better, it would be nice for me.
