Highlights:
- TripleO-Quickstart-extras has moved upstream[3]
  - Feature freeze on all roles on gerrithub, they have been -2'd, and
work must be ported to reviews upstream
  - rlandy will break down the heat provisioning role and submit
reviews against the new repo
  - A need still exists for baremetal/ovb core(s)
- jpena discussed need for a gate for DLRN changes
- Reviewed team Trello board[4]
