[rdo-list] Mitaka upgrade to Newton

Hi David,

I suspect that you have a running Cinder agent which is running an old code
base, or you did not run the database updates.

Did you make sure to run this:

cinder-manage db sync

I strongly suggest you have a look at the upgrade notes too.
