[redhat-ccm-list] PublishToFile Queue Stopping

I am observing a case where the publish to file queue seems to stop when the
database is disconnected and reconnected. This is shortly after upgrading to
5.2. In 5.1 the CCM would need to be restarted whenever the Oracle instance
was disconnected, but in 5.2 it automatically reconnects. However, after
this happens the publish to file queue is halted.

Is this a known bug? I couldn't find it in Bugzilla. If it is unknown, I
will research it more fully and file a report.
