does this occur during the loading of a page, causing errors to the user, or
does it just show up in the logs?

Subject: [redhat-ccm-list] CCM - Domain Object Retrieval Error

I run into the following exception (quite randomly) when running my app
based on the CCM framework. Could someone
please explain when this exception can occur and ways to avoid it. Due to
the randomness of this error, we
are not in a position to launch our app in production.

Thank you
Srini
