[redhat-ccm-list] customize cms admin console

is it possible to customize the look and feel of the admin view of the
cms? if so, how difficult is it to do so? in particular, is it
absolutly required that the admin pages be presented as tabs? for
example, the following 2 systems look exactly the same:
