Nothing, you still do not have qt installed, you just copied the qt
library in /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/  if you make
cd /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/ you will be able to see a compressed qt-1.42
file, that is just the source of qt, then you can unzip, untar and compile
the package and installed from there.

But, if you really want install it using rpm, you must to give to rpm the
rebuild flag 

#rpm --rebuild qt-1.42-3rh51.src.rpm 

you will get 2 rpm files in 
/usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/
one for dev and a binary.
