                Try :

 ncpmount /serv01 -S netware01 -V volume01 -U usuario01 -P senhasecreta 

Were : 
  

     /serv01 mount point IN LINUX (like a dir /mnt)
     

     -S netware01: name of server Netware. 

     -U user: name of user Netware 

     -P passwd: passwd of user in  -U.  

Example :
        ncpmount /mnt -S netware01  -U Ze -P 123456
