FireFox Help

I messed up FireFox.  Now when I go from page to page there is no 
"back" capabilities (either with clicking on the back arrow or 
right clicking and selecting back) both are always greyed out.  I 
know I must have changed something as it was there a few days ago 
but I'm finding out I can't live without it.

HELP!!
