Hardrive not found error !

It's not the drive, it's the controller.  Which SATA controller are you
using?  You might check the controller maker's website to see if they
have a driver disk for your version of Linux.  If they do, put it on
a floppy and restart the install, but use "linux dd" at the boot prompt.
That will make the system load the drivers from the floppy you make.
