Certainly you can . I have done so .
The only thing you have to do is to go to
www.linmodems.org and scroll down the page untill you see the
Lucent ( that's what LT stands for ) /Agere link , grab the driver , 
install
it and you are done . Right now am writing this email by using my LT
Winmodem , but under Fedora Core 1 . I have used it though even
under Valhalla ( Redhat 7.3 ) and Psyche which is what you are asking for .
