Samba Printer

I did an install of RH ES4 a week ago and am very new to Linux. I want
this box to be a file and print server for a home WORKGROUP.
So 1st problem, I'm trying to set up a printer to share with my2 WIN XP
boxes. They can not see or browse to it in the add printer wizard in
XP. My DNS info comes from my ISP, I'm wondering what needs to be set in
Globals for domain master browser? Or if Linux needs to be part of the
WORKGROUP (It is at the moment).
I know there have been volumes written on Samba, and I plan on buying
one today, but sharing a printer should be easy - one would think. I
want XP users to use their own driver and the guest account for
printing.
Posting my smb.conf below in case anyone sees anything blatantly wrong.
Thanks
