rdate, in.timed, and ntpd

Ok, from what I have gathered, ntpd is the preferred method over the
in.timed/rdate combination.

I have some QNX machines that use the rdate command, I don't see NTP
anywhere on them.

Is there harm in running in.timed and ntpd at the same time on my
servers so some of the clients can stay synced up?

Thanks,
Travis
