Get rid of all the verbiage being sent with your signature.

Because it's being sent to a public email list, the confidentiality
notice is completely, legally sundered (rendered meaningless).

Why?

Anyone accused of violating it can show that its put on all email even
those published to the world and is therefore no indication at all of
confidentiality. By using it inappropriately (and stupidly) your
company has lost its protection.

As for the rest of the verbiage anyone who doesn't already know all of
those things isn't going to be informed by your boilerplate. Its
useless.

The only message it sends effectively is a derogatory one about the
company that sends it.

Legally, denying liability has about as much effect in court as spitting
into the wind. Any party recklessly or knowingly distributing a
dangerous or harmful item is liable for their actions, regardless of any
notification denying liability.
