If you can get Outlook to export your address book in vCard format (.vcf
files), Evolution can import those. You'll need to get it exported in
vCard format and put it on media or in a partition that Evolution can
get at (floppy, CD, FLASH, fat32 partition or ntfs partition if you
have the ntfs filesystem module).

I refuse to use Outlook or any of its kin (Express, Exchange, etc.), so
I don't know if it can do vCard exports or not. If it can't, try
exporting it to a PDA such as a Palm Pilot or Visor, then use the
Pilot Conduits to get it into Evolution.

NOTE: The Tapwave Zodiacs are NOT supported as yet on Linux. We're
working on it--they sorta work on pilot-link 0.12pre2, but none of the
standard desktop stuff (gpilot, etc.) talk to that version of
pilot-link yet.
