NFS and 16 group limitation

16 group limitation?  As in netgroups?  I wasn't aware such a limitation
existed.  Are you sure it's not a limitation on the config file line
length?  You might try breaking the exports line into several pieces
with trailing "\" chars at the end of each except the last one.
